Rob and Cody met in 2017 when Rob had his condo over the lake on Airbnb, and Cody's wife booked his place when they were moving to the Houston area. They reconnected through a church marriage group years later. Rob founded the company in July 2020 in the middle of Covid and was looking for a partner to help him run operations. Cody was looking for a different avenue than his 9 to 5 career, and the two began discussing Cody taking over marketing. A couple of days later, Rob woke early in the morning and went for a run, and started praying, he felt led to make Cody a partner. These two then embarked on a journey to serve the community with this company through jobs and homes.
